Human Resources & Administrative Assistant
The Chick-fil-A of North Edmond is seeking an organized, task-oriented individual to serve as a Human Resources & Administrative Assistant who will assist two Chick-fil-A stores in the Edmond area. The right individual will be enthusiastic about the Chick-fil-A brand and have a desire to assist our stores as well as our customers. They will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as answering phones, managing data and maintaining employee records, hiring, onboarding, recruiting, pulling reports, and other tasks as needed.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Hiring, onboarding, terminating, and recruiting
- Being the first point of contact for HR-related matters
- HR and Admin data management
- Assisting with scheduling
- Preparing paperwork to uphold business policy and culture
- Other administrative duties as needed to support the team
- Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent - Required:
Reliable Transportation - Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of equivalent professional experience in customer service, human resources, or administration. - Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus!
- Strong ethical judgement
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills (gets along well with others)
- Ability to prioritize & multitask
