Market Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Market Operations Coordinator who will play a central role in helping our OKC market run smoothly across preconstruction, active projects, and field operations.

This is not a traditional administrative role. This is a market-level operations role designed for someone who brings order to complexity, creates clarity across teams, and helps good people do their best work. If you are highly organized, systems-minded, and energized by helping teams execute at a high level, this role gives you the chance to make an immediate and visible impact.

• Coordinate operational flow across preconstruction, bidding, active projects, and closeout
• Stand up and maintain clean project and bid structures, documentation, and system setup
• Support PMs, PCs, and Field Operations with coordination, logistics, schedules, and information flow
• Manage market-level tools and infrastructure such as site cameras, tracking logs, and shared resources
• Prepare and support market and project meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions
• Track and help route key items such as action items, warranty issues, and project handoffs
• Maintain subcontractor, CRM, and market relationship data and support light BD coordination
• Reduce friction across teams by creating structure, clarity, and repeatable processes

• You create order and clarity across multiple moving projects and priorities
• Teams trust your systems, documentation, and follow-through
