Platform Partnerships Specialist

The Platform Partnerships Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting and strengthening relationships with Platform partners by coordinating engagement efforts, managing partnership opportunities, and helping cultivate a healthy ecosystem of ministries, organizations, developers, and builders. This role serves as a key connection point between partners and internal teams by maintaining visibility into partner engagement, supporting technical discovery, and helping advance opportunities that expand the impact of the You Version Platform.

• Support onboarding and engagement of Platform partners and builders.
• Maintain visibility into partner health, sentiment, and engagement trends.
• Coordinate partner communications, follow-up, and engagement activities.
• Ensure commitments, opportunities, and action items are completed and appropriately followedthrough.
• Support community-building efforts and partner success initiatives.

• Help identify, research, and qualify potential Platform opportunities.
• Maintain visibility into the broader partner landscape, including publishers, ministries, churches,developers, AI builders, and other strategic organizations.
• Coordinate follow-up from conferences, events, and strategic conversations.
• Track and mature opportunity pipelines before they require Director-level involvement.
• Surface partnership trends, ecosystem insights, and emerging opportunities to leadership.
• Develop a strong understanding of the You Version Platform, APIs, SDKs, and partner integrationmodels.

• Support technical discovery and solution exploration.
• Utilize AI-first workflows and modern tooling to better understand partner needs and use cases.
• Act as a bridge between partners, builders, Product teams, and Engineering teams.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain complicatedprocesses and foster relationships and partnerships.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently while accomplishingassigned tasks with excellence.
• Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective at multi-tasking, time and process management, follow-up, and prioritization to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
• Maintain flexibility and initiate the creation of new processes and project strategies.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of related work experience.
