Concrete Foreman Opportunity
Seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to join the field operations team. This is an opportunity to join a company that takes pride in quality craftsmanship, strong teamwork, and creating a true family environment for its employees.
The ideal candidate is a skilled field leader who can manage crews, read plans, and help deliver successful concrete projects while growing their career with a company that values internal advancement.
What You'll Do as the Concrete Foreman:- Lead and manage concrete crews of up to 15 employees
- Coordinate daily field activities to keep projects moving safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret construction drawings and project plans
- Ensure work is completed according to quality standards and project requirements
- Communicate with project leadership regarding schedules, materials, and field conditions
- Support jobsite safety and maintain a productive work environment
- Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability
- Assist with planning, organization, and execution of concrete work
- 3+ years of concrete construction experience
- Experience leading field crews
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work throughout Oklahoma and surrounding states as needed
- Strong work ethic and willingness to be part of a team
- Experience managing crews of 10+ employees
- Commercial concrete experience
- General contractor experience
- Desire to grow into a Superintendent or leadership role
- Competitive salary range of $70,000-$80,000+ based on experience
- Performance-based annual bonus opportunities
