- State Farm Agent. Full Time in Edmond - OK. This role supports a team of seven and focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences to support the growth of a successful insurance agency.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
