Responsibilities

Client Support:
Interact with clients in person, over the phone & via email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a professional manner.

Service Delivery:
Ensure prompt and accurate service delivery to meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Problem Resolution:
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, escalating issues when necessary.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about agency products and services to provide comprehensive information to clients.

Client Feedback:
Gather client feedback to improve service quality and identify areas for enhancement.

Requirements

Previous

Experience:

Prior experience in insurance, customer service or a related field is an asset.

Communication

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Empathy:
Ability to empathize with customers and provide compassionate support.

Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
