Prairie Dental Group is seeking a full-time Dental Office Operations Leader to help oversee and strengthen the daily operations of a growing, locally owned private practice in Edmond, Oklahoma. What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a confident, capable office leader who brings:
- A minimum of 3 years of dental office management or dental operations leadership experience
- Strong experience leading both front office and clinical support teams
- The ability to create structure, maintain accountability, and keep the practice running smoothly day to day
- Comfort with patient financial discussions, collections, scheduling efficiency, and revenue cycle oversight
- A positive, solutions-oriented leadership style that earns trust while holding high standards
- The ability to work closely with an experienced doctor-owner and help support a growing, high-functioning private practice
As the Dental Office Operations Leader, you will serve as the operational point person for the practice. You’ll help ensure that systems are working, the team is aligned, patients are receiving an excellent experience, and the office is positioned to continue growing in a healthy, sustainable way.
You’ll play a key role in supporting team performance, strengthening office systems, and helping the practice maintain the high standards that have made it successful for more than two decades.

- $55,000 to $70, 000 annually
- Full-time, salaried W-2 position
- Compensation will depend on experience, leadership ability, and overall fit for the role
