We at Pantheon Group are offering exciting opportunities for Resident Physicians (MD/DO) to gain hands-on clinical experience across multiple specialties in a supportive and collaborative environment. These roles are ideal for residents seeking to expand their skill set, increase clinical exposure, and earn additional income through flexible moonlighting opportunities. Available specialties include Primary Care, Dermatology, Pain Management, and Mental Health. Residents will work alongside experienced providers, gaining valuable real-world experience while contributing to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment across assigned specialties
  • Support attending physicians and clinical teams in delivering patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Follow established clinical protocols and guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
Qualifications
  • Current MD or DO resident in an ACGME-accredited program
  • Good standing within residency program
  • Active medical license
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
