Hospitalist | Oklahoma City, OK $350K-$390K Annual Salary Direct Hire

• Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine/Hospitalist MD or DONo Family Medicine candidates, including those with hospitalist experience new graduates welcome

  Employed Nocturnist position
• Setting: 100% inpatient
• Schedule:
  
  7 days on/7 days off, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Patient volume:
  Approximately 10–22 patients per day, depending on the season
• Summer average: 10–12 patients per day
• Winter average: 18–22 patients per day
• Coverage:
  Solo nocturnist with APP support for nurse calls and admissions
• Procedures:
  None required
• Codes:
  Required
• ICU:
  Open 12-bed ICU with tele-intensivist support
• EMR:
  Epic
• Compensation and benefits:
  Straight salary model
• Salary range: $360,000–$390,000, depending on experience
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Employer-paid malpractice insurance with up to one year of tail coverage
• 401(k) with employer match
• $3,000 annual CME allowance, including license renewals, medical equipment purchases, and CME expenses
• No PTO
