Position Title:

Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Compensation: $130,000 annually Delivering exceptional primary care, one patient at a time!

We at Pantheon are seeking Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO) to join our expanding clinical team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment. Our providers deliver comprehensive care to patients across a variety of settings, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and long-term health management. We emphasize strong clinical support, efficient workflows, and a team-based approach to care delivery.

This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time opportunities available, as well as resident moonlighting opportunities. Physicians will also have opportunities for professional growth and leadership within a rapidly expanding organization. Our physician-built software integrates directly with our EMR, eliminating double charting and allowing documentation to transfer seamlessly, giving providers more time to focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment

Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on continuity of care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

Active and unrestricted medical license

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Primary Care specialty

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
