As a Coach, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

• Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
• Understand the magic behind Kid Strong’s programs and communicate it with flair
• Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you’re in a video game with our stellar training programs
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love Kid Strong
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
• Keep families engaged and excited about Kid Strong – think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together
• Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for

• Assist in community events and center initiatives
• Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our center, keeping it clean and green

• Passion for kids – non‑negotiable; you must love working with children
• Coaching background – experience with kids aged walking to 11 years old
• Communication whiz – comfortably speak to parents and guardians
• Energetic & fun – bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class
• Mentorship magic – be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR Certified or willing to obtain it
