ob Goal:
To provide school related individual/group guidance and counseling for students in grades 6-8 and specifically provide activities to meet the needs of their assigned case-load; consult with teachers, staff and parents to enhance their effectiveness in helping students; and provide support to other middle school education programs.
Contract:
One hundred ninety one (191) contract days / temporary contract.
Salary:
District scale (based on 180 days) + 10 additional days and $1,620 counselor stipend.
EDUCATION AND/OR
EXPERIENCE:
Master of Arts degree in counseling. Two years experience and specific course work related to middle school preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid Oklahoma teaching certificate with counseling endorsement.
