The Associate Youth Pastor is a support position to the Youth Pastor at the campus level.
The Life.
Church Switch ministry is devoted to leading students in 6th-12th grade to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Staff and volunteer leaders develop relationships with students during weekly experiences, small groups, and serving opportunities by teaching truth through God's Word and being culturally relevant.
The Associate Youth Pastor (AYP) will be, in part, responsible for the leadership and execution of the vision of student ministry. Success for this role will be people (students and adults alike) in the AYP's sphere of influence taking next steps in their spiritual growth‑like beginning a relationship with Jesus, serving, inviting, giving, engaging in God's word, and leading.

Church location so they can learn the culture and systems of our church from experienced pastors already on the team. Our hope is, as we continue to launch new locations, we can send pastors who are ready to lead on day one because of what they’ve learned at an existing location in preparation.
