Job Goal
Classroom guidance, special education coordinator for building referrals, testing coordinator for assigned building, parent conferences, teacher consultations, community/school relations and awareness, crisis counseling, career counseling and referrals to outside agencies.
ContractOne hundred eightysix (186) contract days / temporary contract.
SalaryDistrict scale (based on 180 days) + 5 additional days and $1,620 counselor stipend.
Education and/or ExperienceMaster of Arts degree in counseling, two years or more teaching experience, Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsValid Oklahoma teaching certificate with counseling endorsement.
