At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.
Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we've created a full cast of characters that become our little learners' educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Lead both the people and the performance of your center—balancing education, operations, and business goals.
People Leadership- Recruit, develop, and retain a strong, engaged team
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture
- Deliver coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Serve as a trusted partner to staff and families
- Execute marketing and community outreach strategies
- Lead tours and convert prospective families
- Drive enrollment and retention through strong relationships and service
- Monitor trends and adjust strategies using data
- Manage budgets, P&L, and enrollment targets
- Ensure accurate billing, payroll, and financial compliance
- Optimize staffing and operational efficiency
- Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant center
- Uphold licensing standards and health/safety protocols
- Ensure classrooms, records, and systems meet brand expectations
- 1+ years of leadership experience (2+ preferred)
- Required Director Credential and licensing compliance
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education and regulations
Compensation: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
