Lead classrooms, guide young learners prioritizing safety and well‑being, plan engaging activities that promote growth across various developmental areas, and build strong parent partnerships through open communication.

• At least 18 years old with a background check, high school diploma or GED, work experience in a licensed childcare center, and a Master Teacher Certification or CDA.
• Genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
