Requirements- At least 18 years old with a background check, high school diploma or GED, work experience in a licensed childcare center, and a Master Teacher Certification or CDA.

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
