K  is seeking an experienced B-1 Aircraft Systems Engineer to support the B-1 System Program Office located at Tinker Airforce Base.

• Candidate will provide B-1 specific support in weapon systems requirements definitions, development, integration, obsolescence and modernization efforts.
• Candidate should also be experienced and successful at solving complex engineering issues, enjoy working in a dynamic, responsive, and collaborative environment, and dedicated to the success of our customers.
• Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
• Collaborate as a member of a multi-dimensional team composed of Government civilians, military personnel, and other contractors.
• Clearly articulate recommendations and provide support to the B-1 SPO.
• Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

• Knowledge of Aircraft mechanical systems, particularly hydraulics, landing gear, and flight controls.
• Provide technical inputs, assessments for engineering efforts in support of aircraft systems organizations and technical systems integration.
• Effective communication skills, strong technical communication skills and a readiness to explain complex technical issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or applicable Engineering discipline and 15-20+ years of directly related experience is required.

• Expertise or vast familiarity with B-1 specific Flight Control, Hydraulic, Landing Gear systems.
• Clearance:
  Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
