Environmental Specialist, II, III, IV

• Develop, maintain, and provide guidance on environmental processes and policies
• Assess environmental risk and provide recommendations to address risk
• Participate in or run approved environmental risk actions, including required regulatory documentation
• Participate in environmental project planning and implementation
• Schedule projects, estimate costs, and prepare environmental impact assessments and reports
• Provide guidance and mentor others
• Prepare and submit applications for environmental permits, renewals, approvals, variances, and other authorizations
• Coordinate with company partners
• Perform environmental compliance audits and due diligence investigations
• Identify environmental training needs and provide training
• Develop, recommend, and implement improvements for air, water, waste management, and/or remediation systems and practices
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports and certifications
• Develop and maintain environmental compliance documentation
• Cultivate relationships between Williams and regulatory agencies
• Interpret federal, state, and local environmental regulations and ensure compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum eight (8) years’ environmental experience

Demonstrates extensive experience in environmental risk assessment, compliance auditing, and project planning, with a strong focus on air, water, and waste management. Proficient in developing environmental policies, preparing compliance documentation, and mentoring team members while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
