Environmental Specialist III, IV, V – Power, Air Compliance

• Develop, maintain, improve, and provide guidance on environmental processes and policies
• Assess environmental risk and provide recommendations to address risk
• Participate in or lead approved courses of action, including required regulatory documentation
• Coordinate regular environmental planning, scheduling, and cost estimating
• Prepare environmental impact assessments
• Provide guidance and mentorship to others
• Participate in industry associations and environmental communities
• Lead projects or programs with significant risk and complexity
• Develop project execution strategies
• Handle resource requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of multifaceted environmental experience
• Functional and technical expertise in air, water, and/or waste
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Safety as the utmost priority
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills
• Preferred: minimum ten (10) years’ experience in environmental soil and groundwater assessment and remediation at CERCLA (Superfund) and RCRA sites

Demonstrates extensive expertise in environmental processes, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on air, water, and waste management. Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor others while ensuring safety and effective resource management.
