Financial Advisor Assistant

This firm is looking for an Assistant for a top financial rep in our area!

We provide Wealth Management and Financial Planning Services and products to individual clients, as well as Employer Retirement Plan design and management to employers.

We are looking for one assistant for our EDMOND, OK location: A professional and friendly, solution-oriented, client service focused, willing to learn in this face-paced and constantly evolving industry.

This is an on-site role for a Marketing and Sales Specialist. Competitive compensation however depends on experience. Full Time or Part Time.

• The primary role of the Advisor Assistant will be to provide administrative support to advisors, including all daily tasks provided by the advisor(s)
• This would include resolving notifications, opening accounts, moving money, transferring accounts, and working directly with clients to complete any of these tasks
• Daily direct communication with advisors and clients
• Research complex situations, set client expectations, and define the actions necessary, to resolve inquiries promptly
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure client's expectations for timely service delivery are met
• CRM management and assist the advisor in preparation for upcoming client meetings (i.e., paperwork, requirements, etc.)
• Provide daily recaps to the advisor summarizing work completed

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Admin (Preferred)
• Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred but not required.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
