At Williams, we’re powering a cleaner, more connected future. As a Sox Analyst (LevelI orII) in Tulsa, OK, you will support accounting operations, deliver financial insights, and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and data analysis.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute month‑end close (journal entries, reconciliations, SEC and management reporting, variance analysis)
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and financial analyses
  • Support audits with clear documentation
  • Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Improve processes with a focus on efficiency and automation
  • SOX & Controls (LevelII focus; exposure at LevelI)
  • Support SOX compliance activities
  • Participate in segregation of duties reviews
  • Improve and automate controls and processes
  • LevelI:
    Support day‑to‑day accounting activities, build knowledge of systems and processes
  • LevelII:
    Own deliverables and work independently, guide team members and solve complex issues
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • LevelI: 1+ year experience or internship
  • LevelII: 2+ years experience (energy preferred)
  • CPA or progress toward certification preferred
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excel proficiency
  • Communication and collaboration
  • SOX knowledge (LevelII depth)
