Someone to support loan officers in preparing consumer loan requests, ensuring all consumer lending steps flow effectively and efficiently.

• You have excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• You pay close attention to detail and have a high degree of accuracy.
• You can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loan requests simultaneously.
• You’re self-motivated, organized, and possess excellent decision-making skills.
• You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

• Review and prepare consumer loan requests.
• Be a direct line of communication with Loan Officers to ensure that loan requests are prepared both timely and accurately.
  
  Adhere to all federal regulations, law, and RCB Bank policies.

• High school diploma or GED
• One (1) year of banking experience

• Knowledge of loan documentation, loan structuring, and regulatory requirements
