• $75,000 – $118,000 annually (Base Salary + Incentive Bonuses)

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based care with compassion and respect

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Current Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility)
