Position: Occupational Therapist/Physical Therapist - Hand Therapist
Location: 101 S Saints Blvd. Edmond, OK 73034
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7-4pm, 8-5pm or 9-6pm
Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 depending on experience
Incentives: Up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Hand Therapist Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with hand/upper extremity experience with readiness to test for CHT. We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

- High Standard of Care:
Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). - Personalized Treatment:
Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. - Relationship-Building:

- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)-accredited school of occupational therapy.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic.
- Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred.
