Compensation:

• Strong base salary + monthly performance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistance available (up to $20K- location dependent)

Qualifications:

• Required:
  
  BCBA or BCaBAcertification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
• Master s degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
• Active certification andlicensure (where required)

What You ll Do:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
• Supervise and mentor RBTsand other clinical staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure services meet BACB,payer, and state regulatory standards
