Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday | 11pm-7pm | Full-Time

Rate of Pay: $16/hour

* Pay is negotiable based on experience. Priority given to candidates with memory care experience.

We’re a freestanding memory care assisted living community with 40 residents split between two buildings. We are conveniently located off the Lake Hefner Parkway on 178th between Penn and May in West Edmond. Intimate enough that every team member truly knows every resident. All of our residents live with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, and as an age-in-place community, you'll care for residents across the full spectrum of the disease.

Smaller team, bigger impact.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, dining, and mobility
• Support residents with life enrichment activities and social-recreational programming
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean, comfortable, home-like environment
• Offer emotional and physical comfort and support to residents and families
• Uphold each resident’s dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality at all times

• Active listing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry (required)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year of experience working with older adults preferred
• Experience in memory care or with dementia residents strongly preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Genuine warmth, patience, and compassion for those living with memory loss
• Reliable work history - consistency matters deeply to our residents
• Ability to meet continuing education and certification requirements for your position
