Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Tulsa OK $35–$45/hr DOE Direct Hire

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. This role includes both school-based services and clinic hours. • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct, hands-on therapy services in school settings and in our clinic
• Support functional skill development for students and patients across various environments
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising OT
• Document sessions accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Educate patients, students, caregivers, and school staff on therapeutic strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive treatment environment
• Uphold state licensure, regulatory, and ethical standards

• Competitive compensation:$35–$45/hr DOE

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a COTACPR certification preferred (or required upon hire)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt between school-based and clinic environments
