Life Enrichment​/Activities Assistant

The Life Enrichment Assistant helps plan and lead activities that support residents’ emotional, social, cognitive, and physical well‑being. This role works closely with residents throughout the day and helps create a warm, engaging environment throughout the community.

• Lead and assist with daily activities, events, games, crafts, music, exercise, and social engagement
• Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships with residents and families
• Support outings, special events, and holiday celebrations
• Assist with activity setup, decorating, organization, and cleanup
• Help maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the community
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nursing staff, and leadership
• Adapt activities to meet the unique needs of residents living with dementia

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and communicate with seniors living with dementia
• Creative, energetic, and team‑oriented
• Previous senior living, memory care, activities, childcare, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred (but not required)
• Must be able to pass background check and meet employment requirements

Rate of pay starts at $15.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Must be willing to work weekends.
