A1 Professional Talent is a leading staffing agency specializing in professional jobs and manufacturing. We are seeking a motivated and experienced 1099 Recruiter to join our team. Commission-based recruiters are responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for job openings. They must actively reach out to potential candidates through various channels. Their main goal is to match candidates with suitable job opportunities to secure successful placements.

This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while collaborating with our team to fill job orders and maintain client relationships.

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for job openings based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific positions.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients for consideration and facilitate interviews.
• Follow up with clients after interviews to gather feedback and discuss next steps.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Manage job postings on various platforms to attract candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
• Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and other tools.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Working as a 1099 Contractor:
  As a 1099 recruiter, you will be considered an independent contractor and responsible for your taxes and benefits. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and manage your schedule.
