This role requires excellent customer service skills and basic troubleshooting abilities. Responsibilities include supporting classroom technology and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should be enrolled at least half-time in relevant studies. Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts is required.

A background in technology is a plus, and training will be provided.
