The Information Technology Manager reports to the Chief Operating and Financial Officer and leads our internal technology initiatives. This individual will be responsible for overseeing data management, application development, and business analytics, while coordinating infrastructure operations with our third-party IT provider. This role is critical in driving technology strategy and development, pivotal in optimizing enterprise systems, driving data‑informed decision‑making, and supporting digital transformation across departments. • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise data architecture and governance frameworks
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and accessibility across departments
• Manage SQL Server environments, backups, access control, and monitoring
• Develop and enforce data policies, standards, and procedures

• Integrate ERP, CRM, and other systems into a centralized relational data warehouse
• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and Python
• Implement data validation, auditing, alerting, and pipeline health dashboards
• Standardize naming conventions, environments, and folder structures

• Develop and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards, reports, and paginated deliverables
• Conduct analytics discovery sessions to define KPIs and business drivers
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
• Provide training, documentation, and support to improve data literacy

• Lead full application lifecycle management: design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Build and maintain internal applications using Power Apps, Python, and Angular
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs
• Stay current on Power Platform, Azure, and AI technologies relevant to SMB analytics and automation

• Design and support model‑driven and canvas Power Apps connected to SQL
• Develop Power Automate workflows for task and process automation
• Manage environments, permissions, and data connections

• Develop Angular front‑end applications and Python (Flask/FastAPI) back‑end services
• Design and document RESTful APIs for system integrations
• Implement secure authentication using OAuth2, JWT, and Azure Key Vault
• Apply clean code practices and version control using Git/Azure Dev Ops

• Build system integrations using APIs and ETL workflows
• Implement scheduled automation for reporting, alerts, and data synchronization
• Optimize performance across applications, pipelines, and data stores
