Pay is $90K to $95K plus overtime!
- Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting call center application
- Strong data analytics and reporting to provide to key stakeholders
- Ability to create call flow scripts and diagram those in system based on different department needs
- Any scripting or development experience is a plus
- Ability to support call center systems that connects to a complex network
- Great stable organization; no layoffs
- Established team and management

- Will get paid overtime for hours worked past 40; typically no more than 45 hours a week
$90,000 per year
