Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience, plus strong benefits and bonus packages

Fuse3 Solutions is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst III to join a well-established insurance organization. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in actuarial science, predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and data science. This individual will play a key role in transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights that support strategic decision‑making, risk assessment, forecasting, and operational improvement initiatives.

• Design, develop, and execute advanced predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data mining initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
• Support actuarial and business research initiatives through demographic analysis, market trend evaluation, behavioral economics research, and socioeconomic forecasting.
• Develop forecasting models, risk assessments, and analytical frameworks to support strategic planning and business decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field required.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more statistical programming languages such as SAS, R, Python, or Stata.
• Strong SQL development and database querying experience within Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar platforms.
• Actuarial credentials (ASA, ACAS, FSA, FCAS, or similar) are highly valued and may substitute for certain advanced educational requirements.
