We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role involves both new business and existing account management, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while supporting producers with placement and growth opportunities. • P&C License required.
• 5-10 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience required.
• Proficiency in Vertafore AMS
  360 strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and service a book of commercial lines accounts across a range of industries.
• Support both new business and renewal processes.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, billing, claims assistance, etc.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with producers and other account managers to deliver seamless service and ensure client satisfaction.
