Customer service skills involve the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.

Pizza Delivery skills involve the ability to safely drive own vehicle, navigate roads/maps, and overcome adverse terrain and stairs at delivery sites while carrying products. Essential skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately for correct monetary change (may use calculator).

General Physical Demands involve the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders and stairs, stoop and bend, crouch and squat, reach, and grasp with hands to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids, and to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and conditions inside and outside.
