- Lead development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain standard supplier contractual terms, conditions, special clauses, and agreements
- Analyze and prepare reports measuring key supplier and internal performance indicators
- Communicate strategic initiatives, projects, and procurement activities
- Lead cross-functional process management activities
- Lead self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action
- Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues for high-risk programs
- Work onsite at one of the listed location options
- Travel up to 10% of the time may be required
- 5 or more years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- 5 or more years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting
- 5 or more years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
- U.S. Person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62, including U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
- Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
- Willingness to work 100% onsite at Tukwila, Washington or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- 5 or more years of experience with government proposals preferred
- 5 or more years of experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development, and negotiation efforts preferred
- Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
- No security clearance required
- Not a Safety Sensitive Position
Demonstrates expertise in Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and Procurement practices, with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and leadership in cross-functional teams. Proficient in developing and negotiating supplier contracts while ensuring compliance with U.S. export control requirements.
