Join us as a Building Services Technician s full‑time position offers a starting pay of $19 per hour.

• Ensure that all buildings and equipment are in good condition and operating efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of grounds and common areas.
• Respond promptly to any maintenance requests.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with general maintenance in a community setting (health care experience a plus).
• Basic knowledge of appliance, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair.
• Experience with technology such as smartphones, tablets, smart remotes, smart TVs and personal computers.
• Ability to work with vendors.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Working knowledge of business software and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to move quickly around the entire property.
• Physical work is a primary part of this role.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Willing to obtain a State of Oklahoma Health Department Fingerprint Clearance.
