Position: Program Integration Manager 2

Program Manager 2 – B-2 Long Range Strike (Oklahoma City, OK)

Relocation assistance may be available. Travel: 25% of the time. Clearance required for start: Yes, clearance type:
Secret.

Responsibilities
  • Program integration of daily operations for the B-2 Organizational Unit (OU).
  • Broad oversight for all aspects of program performance across the OU portfolio and execution performance for B-2 OU strategies.
  • Perform ongoing operational tasks and monitor daily operations across OU program areas.
  • Ensure OU level strategic initiatives and investment projects and proposals are completed on schedule following established procedures and schedules.
  • Apply business and financial concepts, tools and processes to support program decisions, actions, and performance.
  • Identify, orchestrate, coordinate and control management activities and processes that integrate OU interdependencies throughout the life cycle to achieve successful program commitment.
  • Proactively manage communications with stakeholders to ensure program information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored and retrieved effectively.
  • Identify and address OU impacts through a systematic, proactive approach to issue and problem resolution, and promptly resolve conflicts at all levels of the OU.
  • Initiate, develop, integrate, execute, direct and control OU plans and cost and schedule baselines that meet contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Understand strategic initiatives and customer technical and business requirements to develop plans and execute within cost and schedule to support growth of additional sales.
  • Define proposal strategy, lead proposal teams, analyze and shape RFPs, and produce and deliver compliant proposals.
  • Influence and create an OU value system emphasizing prevention over inspection and continuous process improvement.
  • Plan and satisfy OU portfolio resource requirements within organizational constraints.
  • Manage OU level risks and opportunities and risk board reviews.
  • Build strong relationships and guide OU program teams and support functions to meet stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience; or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years of related experience.
  • Or Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience; or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years of related experience.
  • Related experience includes professional and/or military experience in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management functions.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance (background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled in Continuous Evaluation).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience leading tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as a project lead, integrated program team, or cost account manager.
  • 5 years of demonstrated success leading teams and/or organizations to achieve a common goal.
  • Background in supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers or project management in other industries.
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance.
  • Active Special Program Access (PAR).

Primary Level Salary Range: $ – $. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
