Residence Director

Lead day‑to‑day operations of an assigned residence, manage departmental functions, operational goals, and financial performance. Impact families by ensuring residents receive exceptional care.
Responsibilities- Oversee and supervise all departments: nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, and sales, including recruitment, staffing, training, recognition, and coaching
- Manage the community’s budget, expense management, and compliance with state requirements
- Maintain programs such as quality management, safety management, and community outreach
- Assist department leaders with move‑ins, care plans, competitor analysis, and special events
- Promote a positive work and living environment by resolving concerns professionally
- Fulfill other duties as needed:
Manager‑On‑Duty rotations, after‑hours availability to ensure proper residence operation - Communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

- Minimum 2 years in an operations leadership role
- Administrator’s license or applicable state certification
