What You’ll Do Lead both the people and the performance of your center—balancing education, operations, and business goals.

People Leadership

Recruit, develop, and retain a strong, engaged team
Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture
Deliver coaching, feedback, and performance management
Serve as a trusted partner to staff and families

Enrollment & Growth

Execute marketing and community outreach strategies
Lead tours and convert prospective families
Drive enrollment and retention through strong relationships and service
Monitor trends and adjust strategies using data

Operations & Financial Performance

Manage budgets, P&L, and enrollment targets
Ensure accurate billing, payroll, and financial compliance
Optimize staffing and operational efficiency

Quality & Compliance

Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant center
Uphold licensing standards and health/safety protocols
Ensure classrooms, records, and systems meet brand expectations

Qualifications

1+ years of leadership experience (2+ preferred)
Required Director Credential and licensing compliance
Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of early childhood education and regulations
