Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $14–$16/hour
• Up to 45 hours per week

Participate in an up to 16-week training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in your role. During training, earn $14/hour as you learn all aspects of store management. Upon completion, you'll be placed at either:

• Level 1:
  Starting at $14/hour.
• Level 2:
  Starting at $15/hour, based on your training performance and readiness.
