1st Shift Foam Machine Specialist Print Technician

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable mechanically inclined individual to support the Foam Department of Morrison Cup Solutions. The schedule is:
Week 1:
Monday – Wednesday 4a-4p;
Week 2:
Monday – Thursday 4a – 4p.

• Understand and accurately complete digital work orders using iPads and related systems
• Operate and run all assigned machines at designated production speeds
• Lead and direct operators while promoting teamwork and efficiency
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions
• Monitor and maintain adequate supply levels for all materials required to operate machines
• Stand and walk for extended periods, including 10-hour shifts
• Maintain strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with management, maintenance personnel, and fellow operators to support production goals
• Assist with packing product as needed
• Adjust machine settings (HMI and machine adjustments) to ensure products remain within specifications
• Assist with and monitor the pre-expansion process as needed
• Move pallets using pallet jacks
• Load boxes into case packers
• Monitor scrap levels and report issues as needed
• Assist with covering operator breaks and lunches

• Understanding of manufacturing/machine operations
• Dependable (must be at work on time)
• Mechanically inclined
• Basic knowledge of general tools and their uses
• Excellent communication skills
  
  Able to do simple math
• Experience with pallet jack and forklift a plus
