We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual to support the Production Department of Morrison Cup Solutions. This role is a full‑time position with excellent benefits.
The schedule is rotating (Week 1: Monday – Wednesday 4am – 4pm 36 hours total) (Week 2: Monday – Thursday 4am – 4pm 48 hours total) Occasional overtime. NO weekends.

• Understand and accurately complete digital work orders using iPads and related systems
• Operate and run all assigned machines at designated production speeds
• Lead and direct operators while promoting teamwork and efficiency
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions
• Monitor and maintain adequate supply levels for all materials required to operate machines
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including 10‑hour shifts
• Maintain strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with management, maintenance personnel, and fellow operators to support production goals
• Assist with packing product as needed
• Adjust machine settings (HMI and machine adjustments) to ensure products remain within specifications
• Assist with and monitor the pre‑expansion process as needed
• Move pallets using pallet jacks
• Load boxes into case packers
• Monitor scrap levels and report issues as needed
• Assist with covering operator breaks and lunches

• Have an understanding of manufacturing/machine operations
• Dependable (must be at work on time)
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Must have basic knowledge of general tools and their uses
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to do simple math
• Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus
