We are seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily operations for a growing manufacturing production line. This role will provide hands‑on leadership, support production employees, improve workflow, and ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a proactive manufacturing lead who enjoys working directly with employees, solving problems on the production floor, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily production activities and ensure the manufacturing line is organized and prepared for operations.
  • Provide hands‑on leadership, coaching, and support to production team members.
  • Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce production delays.
  • Troubleshoot issues impacting safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Support production scheduling, daily priorities, and workflow coordination.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Assist with employee training, development, and performance improvement.
  • Promote a culture focused on quality, accountability, teamwork, and safety.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience with fiberglass manufacturing, composite materials, or similar fabrication processes preferred.
  • Knowledge of fiberglass lay‑up, finishing, coatings, painting, or related production processes.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement, or operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a hands‑on role and lead from the production floor.
  • Comfortable making decisions and addressing challenges in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish or Vietnamese) are strongly preferred.
