We are seeking an experienced Production Lead with a strong manufacturing background to oversee daily production operations, lead employees, and improve efficiency on the production floor. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and creating a culture of continuous improvement. Monday–Thursday | 4:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM Friday:
Overtime as needed

What you'll do as:
Fiberglass Production Lead:

• Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Arrive before the start of production to ensure equipment, materials, and staffing are prepared for the day.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Work closely with management to improve processes and production performance.

Skills and Experience:

Preferred Candidate Has:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Experience in Fiberglass manufacturing
• Experience from industries such as:
• Boat manufacturing
• Auto body or collision repair
• Fiberglass fabrication
