Bondi Bowls is seeking a creative, dependable and highly organized part-time coordinator to manage
marketing for our main brand accounts. This person will turn ideas into polished content, support emailand Pinterest marketing, and help build meaningful relationships through our brand ambassador
program. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys both creating and finishing: planning content, filming it, editing it, publishing it and tracking what works. Individual Bondi Bowls locations manage their own social accounts; this role owns the main Bondi Bowls brand presence and provides occasional shared resources or direction to locations.
What you’ll own- Plan, film, edit, caption, schedule and publish content for the main Bondi Bowls social media accounts.
- Maintain a consistent, upbeat and recognizable brand voice across marketing channels.
- Create and send email campaigns that support promotions, catering, launches and brand storytelling.
- Create, upload and optimize Pinterest content to increase discovery, website traffic and long-term brand reach.
- Support the Bondi Bowls ambassador program through recruiting, outreach, onboarding, communication and accountability.
- Prepare ambassador briefs, content ideas and monthly posting expectations; track activity and collect usable user-generated content.
- Organize content files, calendars, drafts and approvals so projects move forward on time.
- Meet with the CEO weekly to align priorities, review upcoming campaigns and report results.
- Review basic analytics and recommend practical improvements based on performance.
- Provide occasional templates, brand assets or content direction for local operators while location-level posting remains their responsibility.
- A college student, recent graduate or early-career marketer with strong creative instincts.
- Experience creating short-form video and social content; a portfolio or sample work is strongly preferred.
- Comfort using tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Instagram, Pinterest and an email marketing platform.
- Clear written communication, strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Ability to work independently, accept direct feedback and manage multiple deadlines.
An eye for food, lifestyle and community-focused content that feels natural rather than overly produced. - Availability for occasional in-person filming in the Oklahoma City area and limited travel when planned in advance.
You consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule, keep the content pipeline organized,
communicate early when priorities conflict and use results to improve future marketing.
