The Donor Operations Manager supports the daily operations of the Donor Development team, including cross‑team coordination, executing hands‑on projects such as gifting, administering team tools, and providing support for initiatives that engage givers with the vision of You Version and help connect them to our ministry.

- Support initiatives and strategic projects in operations, logistics, purchasing, and execution of team projects.
- Collaborate with the Donor Experience team to source, organize, and ship donor gifting experiences that thank givers and convey impact and excellence in presentation.
- Build and lead a volunteer team to help with gifting and project execution.
- Administer team systems and tools—Hub Spot, forms, surveys, calendars, project management systems, and the triggers and integrations that acknowledge and organize gifting—and continually update and maximize them to serve the team.
- Assist the Director of Operations with team projects and goals by creating timelines, gathering key takeaways, following up on action items, and executing deliverables across You Version teams.
- Manage the expectations of internal stakeholders while providing regular updates on project milestones and timelines.
- Track key metrics for the Donor Operations team to ensure goals, milestones, and deliverables are being met.
- Collaborate with the Experience, Generosity, Marketing, and Donor Relations teams to plan and execute projects for Sowers, Major Donors, Foundations, Churches, and key relationships.
- Provide logistical, relational, and experiential support to donor and church visitors as needed.
- Act as a team ambassador and represent Life.
Church culture within Central Operations, You Version, campuses, and to all givers.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to maintain and foster partnerships.
- Self‑motivation, independent decision‑making, and innovative problem‑solving.
- Effective multi‑tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
- Strong process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3–5 years of related work experience.
