OverviewThe Charge Registered Nurse utilizes theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice and will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities- Lead nursing care in the Med/Surg unit as Charge Nurse, coordinating patient care and ensuring quality outcomes.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Provide supervision and guidance to nursing staff; ensure adherence to policies and standards.
- Required
Education:
Nursing Degree from an accredited school - Preferred Education: BSN preferred; ASN acceptable
- License: current RN license in Oklahoma
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
- Sign-on: $15,000 Sign On Bonus for experienced RN

- Shift differential: $3.25 evenings / $4.00 nights / $4.00 weekends
