Pantheon is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our expanding clinical team at our primary care clinic in Edmond, Oklahoma. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative outpatient environment. Our owners have developed a physician-built application that integrates directly with our EMR, eliminating double charting and allowing documentation to transfer seamlessly.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a physician or provider in a primary care clinic setting
• Assist with patient intake including vital signs, medical history, and documentation
• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures within LPN scope of practice
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the provider
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as venipuncture, EKGs, and basic lab procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all compliance and safety standards
• Support clinic workflow, including patient communication and coordination of care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oklahoma
• Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain)

• Previous experience in a clinic or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong understanding of primary care workflows and patient care
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team

• Ability to see with corrective lenses and hear with or without assistance
• May be exposed to infectious or contagious diseases
• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary

• Frequent standing and walking within the clinic
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15–20 pounds if needed
