Medical Surgical Nurse Manager at a 100+ bed hospital in Northeastern Oklahoma.
Responsibilities- Report to the Director of Nursing/CNO and partner with an assistant manager, a clinical nurse educator, seasoned charge RNs, and a collaborative team.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing and scheduling, budget stewardship, clinical quality (HAPI, CLABSI, CAUTI reduction), patient flow, accreditation readiness, service recovery, and staff development.
- Foster a friendly nursing culture and a diverse, interdisciplinary workforce.
- Maintain high patient experience standards supported by analytics-driven dashboards and real-time decision tools.
